To kick off the gastronomic extravaganza, Gastro Tour South beckons you on a journey through the best of the best across the south side of Todos Santos. With a pre-selected itinerary featuring 10 or more participating restaurants, indulge in award-winning wines paired with delectable creations by local chefs. You may elect to participate at your own pace or as part of a guided tour. The day concludes at Guaycura Skylounge, with a lively after-party hosted rooftop, exclusively for festival ticket holders, where live music, dancing, and entertainment set the stage for a night to remember.
The festivities continue on Saturday with Gastro Tour North, a curated exploration of 8-9 participating restaurants on the north side of the city. Revel in the perfect marriage of award-winning wines and culinary delights. This year, there is also the option to indulge in a six-course “extreme seafood” pairing dinner at the new oceanfront Kahal restaurant. Saturday night concludes with similar good-time ingredients as Friday, with an afterparty at Jardin Alquimia, where live music and entertainment add a touch of magic to the evening.
The grand finale unfolds on Sunday, December 10, at the Gastrovino Food and Wine Festival’s main event. Doors open at 2:00 pm at the spacious and hybrid indoor-outdoor restaurant, Santa Terra. Celebrating its 11th anniversary, the festival’s Sunday lineup showcases a stellar group of 20 winemakers, 20 restaurants, local talent, a beer garden sponsored by the Baja Brewing Company, and special guests from Baja California and Yountville, Todos Santos’ sister city in Napa Valley, California. Immerse yourself in the unique “Baja Mediterranean” style of cuisine exclusive to the region, with music by the Funkadellics Pargazz, and a silent auction supporting the Todos Santos Zero Waste Alliance.
