Trip and Homes wasn't born as an agency or a piece of software: it was born operating. Since 2015 we have run homes, villas, and boutique hotels with our own team, our own brand on every property, and — once no tool was enough — our own system.

We started operating stays in La Paz: a handful of keys, everything hands-on, learning the trade guest by guest.
Los Cabos
The operation crossed into Los Cabos: premium villas and residences, and the first per-property team structure.

We reached Yucatán and the Riviera Maya: haciendas, boutique hotels, and destinations — proof the model travels.
Chihuahua · La Paz
The network reaches northern Mexico with Hotel Plaza Chihuahua, and in La Paz, Hotel Casa Coronel is the #1 hotel on Booking.com — all running on our own operating system.
Eduardo Amézquita
Founder & CEO
Eduardo founded the operation in La Paz in 2015 and has never let go of the floor: he still reviews cash closes, rates, and occupancy every day. His conviction — that a hospitality project is designed from the operation, not from the floor plan — runs through every property on this site, and so does the branding of each one, which comes from him and his team.
Today he leads Operador Hospitality, the house behind Trip and Homes, and writes about what operating teaches him on the blog.
