Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once you receive its written confirmation. Rates are shown in Mexican pesos and the total, with taxes and fees itemised, is presented before payment.

Each stay is governed by the policies of Trip&homes (check-in and check-out times, guests, deposit, changes and cancellations), published at tripandhomes.com/policies. Those policies form part of these terms.

Payments

Online payments are processed by a secure, certified payment processor. Refunds, when applicable under the stay policies, are issued to the same payment method.

Content and brands

The texts, photographs, logos and designs on this website belong to Trip&homes and to the brands of the group, and are protected by intellectual property law. They may be shared for personal reference, crediting their source.

Use of the website

The website is offered for consulting information and making reservations in good faith. Its forms and services are intended for personal use by guests, travel advisors and partners.

Information about the property, services and the destination is kept up to date with care; amenities and experiences offered by third parties are subject to their own availability.
