TRIP AND HOMES SAS (RFC THO260417BL9), based in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is responsible for the personal information you share through this website and during your stay at Trip&homes, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The information we collect

Identification and contact details: name, email address and telephone number.

Details of your stay: dates, number of guests, preferences and any request you share with us, together with the information that the law requires for guest registration.

Payment details: payments are processed by a secure, certified payment processor. Your card information is entered directly with that processor and is held exclusively by it.

Browsing information: pages visited, device type and approximate location, gathered through cookies and similar technologies that help us understand and improve the website.

How we use it

Primary purposes, required to serve you: to answer your enquiries; to quote, confirm and manage your reservation; to process payments and issue invoices; to prepare and look after your stay; and to comply with legal obligations, including guest registration.

Secondary purposes, which you may decline at any time without affecting your reservation: to share news, offers and experiences from our collection, and to invite you to share your opinion about your stay. To decline, write to us at the address above.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared solely with the team that operates Trip&homes in order to provide your stay; with the service providers that support this website, payments and our communications, who handle it on our behalf and under our instructions; and with the authorities, when a law requires it.

Your information is used exclusively for the purposes described in this notice.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or cancel your personal information, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Simply write to admin@tripandhomes.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and the information it refers to. The request is free of charge and we respond within 20 business days.

Should you wish, you may also contact the Mexican authority responsible for personal data protection, the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).
