Family capital

Hospitality as a patrimonial asset, run by real operators

For family offices and patrimonial investors evaluating lodging assets in Mexico: we structure them, operate them, and report on them — asset by asset.

The thesis

A well-operated lodging asset combines what family capital looks for: real estate that doesn't vanish, a monthly operating cash flow, and true diversification away from traditional financial instruments. What it almost never finds is the operator: someone accountable for occupancy, rates, staff, and the owner statement — not a listings manager.

That is our role. Patrimonial projects in the range of 50 to 100 million pesos per asset — a premium villa, a boutique hotel, a small development — with the full Operador Hospitality operation underneath: diagnostics, daily operation, USALI-style finance, and a monthly owner statement.

How it's structured

Asset by asset

Each property with its own strategy, its own P&L, and its own report. The fee is agreed per asset, not per blended portfolio.

The owner sees the numbers

A monthly statement generated from the system: gross revenue, departmental expenses, GOP. No black boxes.

From blueprint to operation

If the asset doesn’t exist yet, we join from the design stage: projects are conceived from the operation, not from the space.

Orderly exit

A well-operated, well-reported asset sells better: the documented operating history is part of the value.

Note: this page describes our operating model; it is not an investment offer or financial advice. Every structure is discussed and agreed case by case.

Let's talk about your next asset.
